Energy Discs & Colour Frequencies (EDCs) can be thought of as packages of Light and Colour. They deliver energy which helps to create order, harmony, balance and alignment within all facets of your Being. EDCs are wonderful for opening up lines of communication within yourself and between others. They may also help with "shifts for the better" in your life. The energy is pure and bright and its application is vast.
EDCs are delivered via long distance and each EDC day lasts for 24 hours. You can book more EDCs any time. They are also great for a general wellbeing boost.
"Specialised Discs" add extra intensity/boost/focus. They are for areas you want specifically to address.
