Energy Discs & Colour Frequencies (EDCs) can be thought of as packages of Light and Colour. They deliver energy which helps to facilitate order, harmony, balance, alignment and healthy change within all facets of your Being. EDCs are wonderful for opening up lines of communication within yourself and between others. Overall they can lead to "shifts for the better" in your life, or death if you are on this sacred journey. The energy is pure and bright and its application is vast.
EDCs are delivered via long distance and each EDC day lasts for 24 hours with an ongoing ripple out effect. You can book more EDCs any time. They are also great for a general wellbeing tune up.
"Specialised Discs" which are included, add extra intensity/boost/focus. They are for areas you want specifically to address.
After sending Discs, I will be in touch with brief recorded messages and I do love hearing how you are going.

Core Programmes
All Core Programmes below offer Energy Discs, Specialised Discs & Colour Frequencies along with appropriate aspects of the Liberation Programmes.
Please note: Energy Discs are often not delivered consecutively. Disc days can sometimes be spread over several days or weeks. This is for many reasons, one being that integration and downtime is an important part of the process. I trust in and follow the energy flow as to when the EDCs are sent.
Individuals (people, pets, spaces, places etc)
1 day Big Boost: $350 (check with Anna if suitable)
3 days: $450 (check with Anna if suitable)
5 days: $650
7 days: $800
Also, you may need to complete a 1:1 session via phone or video call before I start your Energy Disc Programme. This session allows me to ascertain your current situation and goals, and to provide you with tools and guidance to support your success in the programme.
Duos, Groups and all other scenarios
Duo & Group programmes work differently to individual programmes and vary according to needs. Please ask Anna for more info and a quote.
Clearing & Harmonisation Programmes

Liberation Programme - intense focus
Liberation Programmes focus on freeing up from the "ties that bind." Energies flow through all levels of your Being with strong intention on release, clearing and resolution from e.g. Ancestral Lineages, Past Lives, DNA, Soul Contracts, and unhealthy Holding Patterns. The goal is working towards elevating your frequency and ultimately returning all life to its pure "pre-tainted" state.
